• at least 2 years of web and mobile design experience 
• virtuosity in designing innovative solutions 
• ability to take responsibility for your project-related decisions 
• readiness to discuss usability on par with the UX team
• proficiency in a variety of applications like Figma, Sketch, Illustrator or Invision
• willingness to share knowledge with younger Padawans
• fluency in English for international projects (workshops with clients, meetings and business trips)
• experience in Agile/Scrum
