Job Description
- Take an active role in executing Group's digital strategy in the Central and Eastern Europe
- Manage roll-outs and deployments of systems and solutions to boost e-business activities
- Prepare and execute tailored digital sales & marketing strategies for regional and local markets
- Prepare a strategy for development of digital and e-commerce structure in the CEE region (including but not limited to processes and teams structure)
- Be a voice of clients internally, promote digital solutions and initiatives across sales teams
- Plan, recruit, train and develop digital team for the region
- Act as a project manager to facilitate collaboration between in-house departments and 3rd parties
The Successful Applicant
- 6-10 years of experience in sales/marketing/consulting functions with exposure onto digital and e-commerce
- Strong commercial acumen; experience in digital transformation and/or change management
- Project management and team management experience
- Track record in providing concepts and solutions for cross-border functions; experience in a multinational environment is a plus
- Experience and familiarity with ERP and digital systems, tools and applications (e.g. SAP, SAP Hybris)
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills
- Hands-on approach, able to work independently within a matrix organization
- Fluency in English and Polish languages is a must, knowledge of other EU languages will be a plus
- Opennes to travel within EU (after easing of the current restrictions)
