Job Description
- Leading a team of Payroll Specialists: recruiting, mentoring, training, coaching and developing team members
- Managing workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
- Ensuring payroll information is posted correctly and all payroll accounts are periodically reconciled
- Executing monthly payroll for European countries
- Cooperating with external payroll service providers Verifying payroll providers draft reports, identifying discrepancies by cross checking against internal report
- Reviewing changes in the regulatory environment that impact payroll
- Analysing and producing reports
- Leading process improvement initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in Human Resources
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting European countries
- Experience in managing a team
- Fluent English, other European language will be an asset
- Very good knowledge of HR ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Customer oriented
