Job Description
The role will provide progressive hands on HR partnership and guidance for the teams for the local business across business vertical in the International matrix organisation, which support achieving business objectives. The individual must be able to deliver effective, high quality HR services in a fast-changing environment. Personally, contribute to creating an efficient HR support (with an ability to focus beyond the immediate span of control). Utilise in-country teams to deliver international growth plans. Actively deliver an accretive HR service maximizing efficiency (locally and regionally). Partner with business leaders in their vertical to drive relevant and meaningful performance management and development practices. Dealing with all aspects of HR - compensation, benefits, incentive drills, governance to achieve an effective rhythm that establishes a foundation by which associates are motivated to drive towards performance and the accomplishment of the company objectives. The role requires a highly motivated, constructively questioning, organised self-starter who's driven by solving problems and developing solutions to help the business scale. Someone who thrives on getting stuck into challenges, who quickly adapts and is a natural team player. Outcome-focused and an influential collaborator who impartially considers the needs of the whole organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-6 years of professional experience within HR (experience as an HR Delivery Lead / HR Business Partner will be a strong asset)
- Ability to work in an international environment (previous experience in SSC will be a strong asset)
- Fluent English and at least very good German
- Ability to travel (in time perspective the position will require business trips)
- Very good understanding of the sales organisation
- Experience in transformation and organisation improvement
- Ability to build relationships
- Strong organisational skills and excellent presentation skills
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
