The role will provide progressive hands on HR partnership and guidance for the teams for the local business across business vertical in the International matrix organisation, which support achieving business objectives. The individual must be able to deliver effective, high quality HR services in a fast-changing environment. Personally, contribute to creating an efficient HR support (with an ability to focus beyond the immediate span of control). Utilise in-country teams to deliver international growth plans. Actively deliver an accretive HR service maximizing efficiency (locally and regionally). Partner with business leaders in their vertical to drive relevant and meaningful performance management and development practices. Dealing with all aspects of HR - compensation, benefits, incentive drills, governance to achieve an effective rhythm that establishes a foundation by which associates are motivated to drive towards performance and the accomplishment of the company objectives.
