Job Description
- Procure products or services (direct/indirect)
- Secure competitive delivery conditions, prioritised on safety, quality, delivery, and cost in the event of conflict
- Proactively manage and maintain orders through to goods receipt, including provision of alternative freight forwarding arrangements where necessary
- Acts as the sole commercial contact to assure compliance to agreement
- Proactively manage Suppliers according to given category strategies
- Continuously communicate order status with internal stakeholders, and ensure accuracy of system data
The Successful Applicant
- Higher education in field of economics, finance, engineering, supply chain or administration
- 1 year of experience within procurement or logistics
- English and Polish - fluent
- Experience in SAP or equally complex business system would be an asset
- Analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain long term relations at all organisational levels
