Your responsibilities would include:

• Securing on-time Customer payments and providing them with requested documents
• Identification and resolution of customer disputes/ price & quantity discrepancies
• Identifying held orders and taking appropriate actions to resolve them
• Managing the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with credit policy
• Allocating and clarifying payments
• Managing the pre-due, dunning and overdue processes in the proactive way
• Running complex reports in your area of expertise
• Providing training and support for new joiners
• Contact with Sales department

You are a good Candidate if:

• Your English language skills are on a fluent level (both writing and speaking)
• Your experience is related to Finance area
• You are motivated to broaden your knowledge in Finance field
• Your communication and problem solving skills are strong and efficient
• You have very good Excel skills
