Our client is a well-known FMCG, manufacturing company. In order to strengthen their financial team, we are seeking to recruit an experienced and hands-on finance professional for the position of Controlling Manager. In a competitive FMCG environment, the successful candidate will be a key element of the company's future achievements and leadership position on the market. Ideal candidate has strong commercial and business acumen as well as business partnering approach. The chosen candidate will report directly to the VP Finance and cooperate closely with the other managers.

Job Description
- Act as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support to other departments and the local management Board
- Plan, direct and monitor all key processes within the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting activities
- Ensure the organization understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivering promised results
- Provide Management with accurate analysis and recommendations to support key decisions
- Lead, manage and develop Controlling team of 10+ people
- Participation in all projects and support the harmonization and standardization process
The Successful Applicant
- Relevant academic background (finance / accounting), professional qualifications: such as CPA / ACCA / CIMA will be a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance managerial role involving team management
- Alternatively experience in external audit companies (Big4) as a Manager / Senior Manager - no needs for "business" experience; success track record in supporting FMCG / production clients might be essential
- Experience in change project management will be an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of IFSR
- Knowledge of ERP class systems, preferably SAP
- Very good English is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an advisor approach are required
- People management skills with demonstrated success in encouraging, developing and motivating a team of people
