Who we are looking for

Currently we are looking for Business Risk Analyst, Associate 2 in our office in Krakow (CBK).

The objective of the role is to provide support to the GS EMEA Business Controls, producing governance papers, reports and Management Information along with completion of various administrative tasks that support control reporting. The role is a part of Business Controls function, that is responsible for providing a holistic view of risk and controls for the First Line of Defense through strong partnerships with business units and corporate functions.

What you will be responsible for

As Business Risk Analyst, Associate 2 you will

  • Produce and distribute various risk reports including investigation and analysis of exceptions, data integrity and other issues
  • Collate, analyze and consolidate data, documents and assertions from multiple sources
  • Support development and implementation of processes, tools and reporting templates
  • Deliver various controlling activities per established procedures
  • Assist in coordination of processes currently in transition
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal business partners
  • Drive quality and process improvement initiatives
  • Promote best practices in coordination with internal business partners
  • Assist in various ad-hoc requests and projects

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree in the field of finance, computer science, data management or other technical field
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in Reporting, Risk Management or other relevant area
  • Fluency in English  
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience in VBA and SharePoint is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of BI tools is an asset (Tableau, Power BI)
