For our Client, a GameDev studio located in Warsaw, we are looking for Art Director with hands-on experience in AAA/AA games titles.

Responsibilities:
- being responsible for a complete art vision for new game,
- taking responsibility for performance of the Art Team consisting of 2D, 3D, Enviro, Animation Artists, and TL,
- taking responsibility for development of game's graphics on time, taking part in setting deadlines, milestones and vertical slices,
- guiding Art Leads in the field of game artistic side, as well as project tasks pipeline and dadlines,
- occasional mentoring and providing feedback to team members,
- creating interesting concepts,
- working closely with other stakeholders like producers, other directors, members of the management board, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in the game development industry in AA/AAA titles,
- professional experience in Art Team management,
- leadership skills: communication skills, sense of ownership, excellent time management, problem-solving attitude,
- ability to creating an artistic vision from sketch and sharing it with a team,
- creativity,
- fluency in English.
