Job Description
- Close cooperation with the direct sales teams to support achieving commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools, tactical materials and presentations.
- Responsible for strategically positioning & communication of all marketing activities across all appropriate mediums/channels throughout the globe.
- Building up domestic and international marketing plans.
- Full leadership in maintenance and further creation & improvement of the product literature in various languages, presentations, videos and marketing publications to help promote the brand and communicate its core values.
- Creative lead and development of graphics for all sorts of communication materials.
- Editing/adapting various sales and marketing materials received from dealers which include articles, job stories presentations, white papers, collaterals, etc.
- Implementing the domestic media buy and coordination with the publications and other media in line with the pre-agreed communication plan to support sales.
- Maintaining brands` websites fresh and updated with continuous upload of newly developed material as per the needs of change and market standards.
- Direct work with partner social media agency.
- Control over merchandising and printed marketing literature/material stock and ensures all published marketing material is efficiently distributed to point of sales, dealers, subsidiaries & various events.
- Training new employees on brand identity & guidelines.
- Leading a team of two people.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 -7 years of professional experience in marketing, marketing communications.
- Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Management.
- Previous work in a company providing capital goods would be beneficial.
- Experience of working with multiple markets (working with distributors from around the globe, working with direct sales teams).
- Highly proficient in English language (C1), Good knowledge of Polish (min. B2).
- Effective communicator, out-going personality, initiator & executor.
- Experience in following areas:
- Mobile marketing & social media campaign management.
- Website CMS experience (specifically Word Press).
- Video production and photography (storyboard preparation, creative & operational leading of vendors).
- Managing internal and external graphic designers with professional mature mock-ups.
- Writing copy for promotional & communication activities.
