Job Description
Management of daily operations of the team Acting as people manager Being a trainer and a first point of contact for the team Supporting the team (up to 20%) when necessary in collection activities Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders Proactively identifie opportunities for process improvement
The Successful Applicant
Degree in business administration, finance or related disciplines At least 4 years of experience as credit and collection specialist Team leading experience would be an asset Fluency in English Knowledge of other European language such as German, Spanish, French, Italian Knowledge of SAP, ORACLE as a strong asset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands on approach
