Job Description
- Form part of the Management Board and participate in all strategic decisions and initiatives of the enterprise
- Work closely with the General Manager and the other business leaders to build the company value
- Support the further fast-paced growth of the company in terms of market-share and size in Poland
- Review current reporting and BI processes in the organization, define priorities and prepare a road map for their implementation
- Responsible for design and delivering high quality data & analytical insights and recommendations for the Business
- Optimize and develop the existing MIS in terms of BI tools and output
- Lead and further develop the business finance function of the organization located in Gdańsk
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to university degree level
- Additional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, etc) will be an asset
- Experience as Finance Director in a company with a high-growth track-record, preferably companies with a focus on Data Science, Data Warehouse, BI, Master Data management
- Several years' experience in leading Finance teams in a corporate environment
- Information management skills including business analysis, data modelling, designing insightful recommendations
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, proficient in data analysis from a commercial and strategic delivery perspective
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills
- Strategic view, strong conceptual skills
- Ability to synthesize
- Proactive, self-drive
- Fluency in English and Polish is a must
