Who are we looking for?
- Very good English skills - C1
- Very good (other language) skills - Spanish C1 min, C2 or native
- Experience in Master Data Management, Procurement (min. 2 years)
- SAP and Ariba tools knowledge will be an asset
- Pro-active thinking, independent worker (problem solving included), hands-on mentality, goal oriented
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiply tasks simultaneously
- Work experience in an international/ multi sites environment or customer service would be an asset
- Good computer literacy, easily learns new applications
- Good customer service skills and client focus attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail
- Well organized and able to priorities tasks
What will you do?
- Perform supplier Qualification and Registration
- Proactively communicate with supplier and follow up to complete the Registration process
- Escalate to Procurement function in case of no reaction from supplier side
- Manage and conduct E-Sourcing events
- Receive and review purchase requisition for completion, check of preferred suppliers are used
- Prepare detailed bid specifications, requests for quotations (RFQ) for commodities and services, requests for information (RFI) for commodities and services and perform demand verification
- Performs bidding with international suppliers to negotiate most competitive offer
- Evaluate bids, Verify bid/quotation for adherence with Procurement Policy (price, quantity, supplier, currency, contract)
- Negotiate and concludes contracts
- Transmits POs to suppliers and manages order confirmation
- Delivers a high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to client, in accordance with desktop procedures and within agreed SLAs
- Continually strives to simplify, standardizes and improves processes or sub-processes
