Job Description
- Self-reliant performance of operational activities and a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure their smooth run.
- Participation in organising visits and other business events of the department.
- Administration and work with internal systems to comply weekly / monthly reports and time keeping for the department.
- Self-reliant internal and external communication to promote positive perceptions of the company.
- Support in preparation of presentations.
- Maintains confidential files and contact information.
- Ensuring office supplies and daily internal and external mail.
- Performs other activities according to the superior guidelines, that are not in conflict with described activities of the position.
- Complies with regulations of health and safety, fire protection; internal regulations and applicable legal standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field (economy, finance, humanities etc.)
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant or similar)
- Proven experience in organisation of events and meetings
- Fluent English - is a must
- Knowledge of French would be advantageous
- Good knowledge in preparation of presentations, excellent skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) is essential.
- Ability to understand business priorities and anticipate business needs
- Knowledge of SAP
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Strong time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Proactive approach, can-do professional attitude
