Job Description
- Full budget responsibility for the business Region
- Development of the commercial strategy
- Commercial activities, demonstrations
- Field presence and animation of the sales force
- Participation in fairs and open days of dealers
- Organisation of manufacturer's fairs (plan, logistics, marketing)
- Regular reporting on group level and participation weekly meeting on Group level using the digital medias like Teams
- Set up the marketing plan of the countries: youtube, facebook, creation / editing promotional film
- Management of the spare parts service (efficiency, organisation of the service, parts campaign), and after-sales service (training of dealers, compliance with procedures, feedback on recurring problems)
- Organising commercial training of the sales network
The Successful Applicant
- English - high level in orally and in writing
- Polish - high level in orally and in writing
- Mastery of Commercial Negotiation, and stress management
- Mastery of commercial procedures
- Mastery of the Office IT tool, ERP, CRM, system configuration, creation of step by step for the sales team, video editing, image editing, remote repair (anydesk)
- Manage the sales network by creating alternatives in case
- Manage customer concessionary commercial disputes (quality, time, price, late payment)
- Technical background for start-ups, updating of the machine program, and above all, argumentation with end customers
