The Senior Financial Analyst’s major responsibilities would include producing management reports for our Operating Committee and various Board of Directors, analyzing actual versus budget and period-over-period results, providing thorough and detailed variance analysis and commentary, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and assisting on various ad-hoc tasks and projects. This individual will be a liaison and primary point of contact for business leaders in our Market, Product, and/or Functional departments.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have 3-5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
- Have Accounting or/and Finance background
- Are interested in financial data management and reporting
- Proficiency of MS Excel desired
- Possess strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Possess fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Have strong quantitative and analytical skills, with detail oriented approach to research
- Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures
- Have very good organizational skills
- Have ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Possess self-reliance and self-discipline at work
- Have Financial Services industry experience, specifically Asset Management experience would be a plus
