Job Description
- Manage the P&L and sales budget
- Identify strategic partnerships and business opportunities
- Supporting business development through participation in pre-sales process and managing sales team
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Influences the customer in the assessment, planning and management of related network projects
- In-depth knowledge of the client's business, understanding the client's vision, goals, objectives in order to effectively communicate, manage external and internal stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of international sales experience and team management
- Excellent soft skills and a proven ability to drive results in high pressure situations
- Experience in AGILE projects and environment.
- Strong communicator, analytical and a proven track record of working well under pressure
- Advanced English written/verbal communication skills
