Job Description
- Preparation of Group and Parent Group's monthly management accounts
- Monitoring the performance of the Group
- Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and individual SPVs accounts
- Support in budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group and individual SPVs
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as required by FD or Parent Company
- Supervision of external accountants and accuracy of the bookkeeping
- Cooperation with the Group's auditors
- Cash management of the Group's SPVs
- Reporting to the financing banks
- Project management in the area of finance and accounting
- Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
- Have an active role in future implementation of new systems
The Successful Applicant
- Recognized professional accountancy qualification
- Several years of experience within Real Estate or as part of a real estate team within consumer driven sectors such as hospitality & retail
- Experience in cross border group accounting and dealing with different currencies
- Strong commercial and financial reporting background
- Perfect command of English
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
- Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
