Opis stanowiska:
- develop required capacity planning for Logistics (storage, in/out-bounds, resources),
- increase savings potential in logistics function and having continuous improvement initiatives across transportation and warehousing,
- monitor & improve Logistics KPI,
- deploy logistics tools & processes,
- taking care of the improvement projects,
- managing personnel: development of objectives and training,
- managing engagement and develop team performance,
- ensure optimal transport mode is used, and warehouse capacity,
- realize the most optimal logistics operations,
- ensuring of reports required to manage logistics costs and service.
Wymagania:
- university Technical Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering),
- at least 10 years’ experience: in Transport/Warehousing management, Logistic and Supply Planning management in multicultural environment,
- knowledge of Supply Chain processes including regulatory requirements & financial side,
- knowledge of Continuous Improvement (TPM) & Project Management,
- fluent English,
- experience in managing a multi-cultural team,
- knowledge of SAP,
- ability to prioritize in a limited time,
- good communication and interpersonal skills,
- capability to motivate without authority.
