Job Description
- ONLINE SHOP: (60%)
- Manage all online activity in relation to sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting
- Work with the online marketing team in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
- Daily manage the own Brand online offer (Online Shop and Contents, market places) to drive conversion by implementing local promotions, sales, product launches, etc.
- Develop eCom related activation calendar and oversee performance of activities
- Execute local SEO strategy by optimizing meta tags and contents to local needs
- Report on main website performance KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, bounce rates, etc.) vs. budget and stretch goals and commercially responsible for hitting the goals
- WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT: (40%)
- Execute content strategy aligned with Brand campaigns
- Collaborate with Global Marketing and UX/UI teams to execute on site content, style and layout
- Create and publish engaging content, Optimize content according to SEO
- Use content management system to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content is in line with campaigns, promotion, social activities, etc.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-7 years of experience in digital / e-commerce area (preferably with regional responsibility)
- competencies within user experience, webshop trading, SEO, content publishing on own platform
- High business acumen & commercial mindset
- Outmost consumer centricity and experience on how to lead / develop a premium brand
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
