Project Management Officer

(System Support Area)

Location: Warsaw/remote

The position is a part of the Global Oracle ERP support organization and is responsible for ongoing support specific to PwC’s Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

Role:

• Providing end-to-end PMO and  project management support using agreed project management methodologies

• Monitoring and tracking progress of multiple projects against agreed estimates

• Collecting, reviewing and analyzing data

• Preparing reports, presentations, communication in cooperation with management and on management’s request

• Conducting status review meetings with team leaders and stakeholders

• Engaging with stakeholders and managing internal relationships

• Support to project team members

Key Skills:

• Previous experience of PMO roles or junior project management/support roles in a technology-related environment

• Good knowledge of the MS Office and/or GSuite, in particular strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships well with senior stakeholders

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to work

• Understanding and working experience with project management best practices and methodologies

• Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple issues

• Fluent English
