Our client is a well-known brand of technical finishing solutions for residential market. Company produce a wide variety of custom - made products as well as more standardised solutions. To support further growth in Poland, we are currently seeking to recruit a hands-on, ambitious Sales Manager with a background in business development, team management and network development. The chosen candidate will take responsibility for the existing investment business and develop the company position to one of the key players on the market.

Job Description
- Manages a commercial team of 15 FTE's with direct responsibility for business development.
- Sales team balance sheet responsibility.
- Establishes cooperation with main investors, design offices and general contractors present on the market.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Works with the Regional Managing Director to develop strategies for new business development.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience - sales team management in finishing solutions, building materials or construction solutions.
- Well established network within General Contractors and design offices in Warsaw.
- Educated to university degree level.
- Proven track record in building and managing teams.
- Fluency in English and Polish is necessary.
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
