Mota-Engil Real Estate Management is the developer branch of Mota-Engil Group in Central Europe with an experience in Polish market of over 15 Years. The development strategy is focus on the main cities in Poland with investments in Warsaw, Cracow, Wrocław, Łódź, Szczecin and Katowice.

 

Mota-Engil Real Estate Management is looking to hire a Finance Team Coordinator. In a nutshell the main duties in this position are related to the coordination of treasury of the Real Estate companies, operational cooperation with banks and financial institutions (covenant and loans), statutory reporting of the related companies and management of financial affairs.

Finance Team Coordinator

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Board Member – Finance Director, you will be in charge of the following tasks for the Real Estate entities of Mota-Engil Real Estate Management:

  • Control of the finance & accounting reports related to Real Estate group companies
  • Coordination and verification of the reporting package (Consolidated and Standalone accounts)
  • Coordination of the audit process for the Group companies
  • Finance acquisition and cooperation with banks for the activation, disbursements and repayment of loans, monitoring of covenants
  • Short and long-term forecasting of Cash-Flows from all operations
  • Preparation of payments on a weekly basis
  • Monitoring and managing of intragroup balances
  • Monitoring of reporting obligations and covenants related to the bonds issue
  • Preparation of internal valuations and inputs for business plans
  • Support in preparation of the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts

 

Requirements:

  • Educational background in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance controlling or financial audit department – preferably in Real Estate industry
  • Fluency in English both oral and written
  • Familiar with Real Estate financing tools (project finance, bonds and others)
  • Overall knowledge of the Real Estate market in Poland
  • Very good organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Problem-solving oriented
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Good at coordinating and motivating people
