For our client, international company we are looking for candidates to join IT recruiters' team for the position of
Responsibilities:
- manage end to end recruitment processes for Expert and Managerial roles in IT area,
- close cooperation with Hiring Managers on executive level in EMEA region,
- drafting job descriptions, active sourcing, job ads posting, selection and screening candidates,
- use proactive methods of sourcing candidates,
- tracking all activities in Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements:
- minimum 3 years of experience in the recruitment agency or internal recruitment as a must have,
- minium 2 years of experience in managing end to end recruitment processes in IT area: infrastructure, cybersecurity, PMO,
- ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
- excellent communications skills, pro-client attitude,
- excellent organizational skills, ability to maintain a high level of accuracy & work to tight deadlines,
- self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
