A career in Sales and Marketing, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Marketing, Communications and Business Development Manager
Role:

Build brand recognition broadly focus on Europe, UK, Asia,

Implement and develop digital strategy in the selected markets,
-
Accountable for digital media campaigns (website, SEM/SEO, email campaigns, social media, video etc.) - evaluation to drive improvements (incl. KPI set-up and monitoring),
-
Create and coordinate the creation of digital content for various communication channels,
-
Analyze digital performance to recognize areas of improvement and development to engage clients and influencers,
-
Create and execute PR plans and media spends on the markets,
-
Build personal relationship with media, opinion leaders, influencers, journalists,
-
Social media channels management and control,
-
Train team members in the social media area to develop knowledge within the organization,
-
Participate in planning and managing events,
-
Launch of new products on the market with coordinating multi-level campaign for US and UK markets, to reach selected target group,
-
Establish the AML network (Marketing, Brand Managers, PR managers) that improved strategy execution, communication, and increased knowledge within the organization,
-
Launch of content campaigns with lead generation conversions,
-
Manage budget - track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on brand activation ROI.
Candidate’s profile:

Min. 5 years of experience at managerial position in the area of business development, communication, marketing, public relations,

Strong expertise in the field of digital marketing,

Proven experience in conducting big, global marketing campaigns/managing multi million budget’s projects,

Fluency in English,

Strong commercial acumen,

Project management and team management experience,

Passionate about digital solutions delivering commercial objectives,

Very good skills in building relationships and understanding another perspective

Strong analytical skills and initiative
