Job Description
- Serve as primary HR contact for the Eastern European region to enhance, develop and manage key people processes (policies and procedures, onboarding, recruiting and selection etc) in accordance with global approaches but tailored for local environment,
- Guarantee the Labour Legal compliance of the HR function,
- Deliver cyclical programs (Year-End Merit & Bonus, Budgeting, Performance Planning etc) ,
- Facilitate the creation of job descriptions with hiring managers, translate hiring needs, participate in interview process and ensure effective filling of all position
- Support the enhancement process, advising and guiding managers and employees through all aspects of the process: performance management, compensation planning with emphasis on learning and development,
- Improve internal communication in the organisation,
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree,
- Min 5 years of experience in leading a HR function in an international dynamic environment,
- Sound knowledge of best practices in HR business partnering,
- Very good command of English,
- Profound knowledge of labour law,
- Success track record in launching, implementing and executing HR projects,
