Job Description
  • Strategic further development of business by means of acquisitions and establishing business with new customers
  • Development of 5-years plan for key accounts in consultation with Sales Director. Identification of suitable target projects and initiations of necessary measures for business success
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Training of new stuff
  • Price negotiations with customer within the framework form executive board instructions
  • Checking, clarifying and minimising the economic risks for the company as a part of the offer preparation
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position in Automotive Industry
  • Proven track record with the award of new business
  • Extensive experience with Customer Relations Management
  • Very organised, strong analytically skills
  • Expertise in Product
  • Expertise in preparing quote packages for the automotive industry
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Must have an entrepreneurial approach and be able to identify new opportunities
  • Knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements
