Job Description
- Design, setup and maintain regular operational and client reports
- Extract data from databases and analyse it according to the process needs
- Summarise and visualise data in tables, charts, and graphs
- Create and maintain regular reports (refreshing data, adding comments, implementing changes, addressing technical issues, managing the delivery calendar and the deliveries)
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies
- Suggest ways of improving/automating existing deliverable
- Present business results based on created reports both internally and to the business clients
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in in Finance, Economics or related field or technical/IT studies (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PTP processes in SSC/BPO environment with proven reporting experience
- Easiness to use Excel and VBA for data comparisons, analysis and report compilation
- Technical capabilities in automation and data management
- Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines as well as external team members
- Ability to proactively & effectively resolve process and technology problems
- Ability to effectively prioritise and complete key tasks and deliverable
- Ability to respond flexibly to customer needs, effectively managing expectations
- Proven control orientation based on prior operational business roles
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, Excel, SAP
- Knowledge of Service Now would be an asset
- Proficiency in Business English is mandatory both written and spoken
