We are actively contributing in making the digital transformation possible, guiding our clients located across the whole Europe. Accenture Management Consulting network is rapidly growing and currently looking for a Management Consulting Analyst / Consultant in Chemicals to join our Capability Network team in Warsaw.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will specialize in one of the exciting and ever prospective areas of Chemicals Industry.
- You will be actively involved in innovative projects helping our Clients transform, grow and adapt in an increasingly digital world.
- You will play a key role in developing cutting-edge digital solutions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
- Proven experience with at least one of the following Chemical areas: Large Scale Enterprise Transformation and ERP system implementation, Material Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, Wearhouse Management, Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Optimization, Automation, Performance Management, Maintenance Strategy Optimization, Capital Projects, Mergers & Acquisitions, Post-Merger Integration and Data Analytics and Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning.
- Stakeholder Management skills: management of the assigned team, both internal and client’s teams. Ability to work in global environment using onshore/offshore model, sensitivity and ability to work with different cultures and styles
- Proactive and able to write reports, papers, presentations and thought leadership
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably in chemistry, engineering, business or IT)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Knowledge of German, Spanish or French would be an additional significant asset.

- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work/home office.
- Due to COVID-19 global situation we are delivering our work remotely. Knowing that our Capability Network model is based on traveling and serving advisory working closely with our Clients, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
