What do you need to start?

• Customer oriented approach

• ITIL baseline knowledge
• Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)

What duties will help you grow?

• Supporting customers with guidance related to the robot environment, its trigger points, configuration, input and output
• Tracking ticketing tool 
• Respond to each incident as it arrives the Ticketing tool
• Monitoring robot’s performance
• Resolving Incidents
