Senior Risk Analyst, Senior Associate/Officer
Location: Kraków

Supporting business units across the corporation, the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) division within SS Corporation establishes and maintains appropriate risk management policies, guidelines and limits, and assists executive and business level management with minimalizing operational, market, credit legal, regulatory and other risks to the company.

What you will be responsible for

As Senior Risk Analyst you will

  • Support key decision makers in developing vision for future growth of Non-Financial Risk Advisory and Data Quality Team

  • Deliver complex risk analysis

  • Develop data visualization and data analysis in the team

  • Manage and coordinate relationship with internal business partners

  • Drive and coordinate quality and process improvement initiatives

  • Promote best practices in coordination with internal business partners

  • Provide support to the corporate operational risk programs

  • Assist in various ad-hoc requests and data analysis tasks

What we value

These skills will help you succeed in this role

  • Previous Business/Risk analyst experience will be an asset
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Proven track of working experience with data visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in project management (setting project goals and timeline, tracking project progress, escalate issues)
  • Very good time management skills. Ability to work with little supervision, self-driven and pro-active attitude
  • Demonstrated high energy and strong motivation to add value to the organization
  • Ability to work in a team towards common goal

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • University degree in the field of finance, mathematics, computer science, data management or another technical field
  • 4-7 years of professional experience in finance services industry or other relevant area according to company’s management assessment. Previous experience within SLOD will be considered as an advantage
  • Understanding of the Three Lines of Defense concept
