The Finance Controlling & Planning CoE has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations to Drive Controlling & Planning standardization. To strengthen our CoE team, we are looking for a self-driven Order-to-Cash Internal Controls Business Process Owner with a process improvement approach. Your responsibilities

• Ensuring that all local control activities comply with Group Directives & Instructions, Local Directives & Instructions, Global Processes and other ABB requirements.
• Deciding what procedures are followed and aligning process and control activities to global standards.
• Keeping an End-to-End view of the business processes beyond departments and working with others to ensure Finance Reporting Risks are mitigated.
• Monitoring the business process for changes and instigating changes within the GRCM tool to the process flowcharts, control descriptions, attributes and control owners/ performers as required.
• Performing yearly Design Effectiveness Assessment and Confirm to management that the process is efficiently and effectively designed and all risks are covered.

Your background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Internal Controls / Audit environment.
• Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business administration.
• Understanding of end-to-end process, systems and data flows across organization at business and finance-side and proficiency in IT systems: ERP, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
• Good problem solving, analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives; focus on details, structured.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English.
