Our Global Consumer Bank (GCB) is looking for a Graduate to join the Consumer Banking team in Warsaw. You will gain exposure and expertise in a variety of business areas.

We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The Program trains and cultivates key players in today’s changing economic environment. Rotational Graduate Program is two years long and starts in mid-July.

Your time here will look something like this...

It is a rotational program where participants complete four six-month rotations in various teams, eg: Retail Banking, Wealth Management Banking, Credit Cards, Personal Lending, Sales & Distribution, Mortgages, Digital Marketing, Decision Management, Risk, Technology or others.

During rotations your duties may include:

• Analysis and segmentation of the customer portfolio
• Competition analysis
• Project management, participation in key business initiatives
• Designing and implementing process changes aimed at improving operational efficiency
• Cooperation with the bank's control units during the implementation of new solutions
• Cooperation with external partners
• Participation in conferences and activities planned for program participants from the entire EMEA / APAC region

We want to hear from you if...

• You are at least a third year student by June 2021
• You are available for full-time from mid-July 2021
• You have very good command of English (C1 level or above)
• You demonstrate clear professional interest in financial industry
• You possess solid analytical abilities and are able to work under pressure on multiple tasks
• You have a strong academic record, you are proactive and self-motivated individual, willing to take responsibility, enjoy new challenges and adapt to change
• You thrive in a team environment, able to cooperate with others to achieve our goals
• You are willing to learn and develop
