What you’ll do:

• Leads cross functional ITM projects/ new product launches and serves as a liaison between key stakeholders
• Serves as the key point of contact for all aspects of the project
• Develops, manages and reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares communication reports
• Assesses project issues and develops solutions to meet cost, quality, timing and delivery objectives
• Develops appropriate tools to monitor project progress and communicate appropriately to key stakeholders
• Representative projects may include new product development, product launches and promotions
• Project support activity may include development, management and maintenance of the operational documents necessary for managing complex projects
• Prepare the detailed project plan for New product launches
• Delineate and prepare project status presentation covering aspects of project milestones achieved
• Recommend identification and allocation of optimum resources (manpower, tools, software) to facilitate project execution
• Risk identification and assessment to facilitate timely completion of the assigned project
• Review the progress with the Functional Heads
• Prepare and share periodic project status reports
• Supports with knowledge and expertise project specialists who work on post-launch projects 

What you’ll need:

• Good computer systems acumen including Microsoft Project
• Effectively oversees, coordinates, and integrates resources to support project and/or organizational goals; provides support and guidance to navigate the bureaucracy of the organization
• Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure work is completed efficiently and on time, on profile and on budget
• Uses sound judgment to escalate issues for quick resolution; allows for challenges to be alleviated with a sense of urgency
• Ability to interpret and apply the key internal and external drivers that affect the business, including financial, political, cultural and industry trends in support of diverse and globally distributed teams
• Ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from technical or business material
• Effectively communicating and presenting complex data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand data and translate it into actionable business insights
• Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the long-term, "big picture" view of needs and opportunities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Ability to prioritize and successfully manage project deliverables on time
• Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively

• Ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, business analysis, deductive reasoning and sound judgment
• Should own up the accountability of the project as a whole
