Senior Accountant / Team Leader
Your responsibilities:
- Verifying and ensuring compliance of accounting books with the Accounting Act
- Co-operation in the preparation of annual and periodical financial reports in accordance with the Accounting Act, Group reports according to international accounting standards and cooperation with auditors
- Co-operation in fulfilment of tax obligations arising from CIT and VAT regulations
- Co-operation in fulfilment of duties resulting from conducting business activity in the Special Economic Zone
- Co-operation in implementing and complying with transfer pricing policy and preparing transfer pricing documentation
- Close cooperation with the Shared Services Centre and all the organizational units within the Group to ensure efficient flow of information
- Coordination of tasks and processes in the accounting area
- Participation in accounting projects as a leader or team member
- Co-operation in development and implementation of internal procedures
- Creating new and improving existing accounting processes, cooperation in the automation of the department's work
- Leading of a small team of employees
Our requirements:
- Master Degree in Tax Law / Economics / Finance / Accounting / Bookkeeping or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting in a medium or large manufacturing company - manufacturing profile preferred
- Good knowledge of accounting and tax law
- Practical knowledge of ERP class systems - experience with SAP would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English is an absolute requirement for employment
- Very good, practical knowledge of MS Office
- High level of commitment and motivation
- Project management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment and set priorities
- Analytical skills and ability to draw clear conclusions
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in team management
