What do you need to start?

• Experience in O2C area is an asset
• Fluent English and French
• Strong people management skills
• High level customer service skills and very good communication skills
• Very good analytical skills, able to prepare complex analysis and reporting
• Able to improve the process and to motivate the staff to do the same
• Ability to delegate tasks and set deadlines
   

What duties will help you grow?

• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Manage a Team by supervising them to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service to our Client with agreed SLAs
• Ensure that all processes and audit controls are performed on expected level
• Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Take improvement actions where appropriate
