For our client, a global organization with its European SSC structures in Poznań, we are currently looking for candidates to take on the role of the Service Analyst (Governance Advisor) within the area of Trade Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- implement service and project management processes across Trade Compliance,
- embed and execute governance boards to drive performance across services, projects and vendors,
- analyze trends on risks, projects, changes and vendor related processes to recommend and drive improvements,
- implement and maintain service and project management processes, tools, templates, checklists and reports,
- support vendor governance through implementation of standards, reports and boards,
- working across the matrix organization, supporting team members across Trade Compliance,
- participating in regular performance meetings, team meetings, coaching & guiding to drive improvement,
- delivering training on best practices across service and project management standards,
- collaborating with business service leads to discuss and manage their service, project and vendor health.
Requirements:
- university degree or an equivalent technical qualification,
- fluency in English (B2/C1), excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and influence stakeholders remotely,
- analytical and customer-oriented mindset,
- experience and knowledge of service, vendor and project management processes,
- experience in a service operations environment e.g. ITIL would be a great asset,
- ability to understand, map and identify improvements to business processes,
- ability to produce persuasive and concise documents.
