For our Client, a global manufacturing company with its local SSC structures in Poznań, we are looking for Junior candidates to join the RTR Accounting Team.
Responsibilities:
- contribute to the efficient and effective workings of the Accounting Department by executing daily tasks with strong attention to detail,
- utilize accounting knowledge in the area of payment preparation in many different banking systems, time management skills and effective problem solving to ensure success,
- provide the service in the Bank Accounting area (part of General Ledger), accounting record and document archiving,
- prepare and monitor payment transfers,
- support the Bank & Cash activities about all corporate functions.
Requirements:
- fluency in English - at least B2 level,
- previous experience in an SSC (Accounting) / Accounting Office or a completed internship in the Accounting area,
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Finance and Accounting or a similar field,
- high level of customer service and very good communication skills,
- proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software would be a great asset,
- problem-solving attitude, very good analytical skills.
