Your responsibilities
- supervision, coordination and operational organization and execution of US GAAP and IFRS reporting streams to assure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial information (including quarterly and annual financial statements) for external and internal purposes
- cooperation with Consolidation, Finance Risk Management and FP&A Teams to ensure completeness of the financial information required for internal and external purposes
- identifying, designing, updating and implementing new reporting and consolidation procedures and tools
- cooperation with external auditors and coordination of annual audits and interim reviews
- monitoring changes in accounting standards (US GAAP and IFRS) and their implementation to ensure appropriate treatment of significant transactions and disclosures in the consolidated financial statements
- maintenance and update of reporting and financial statements templates
- prioritization, supervision and organization of work of the subordinated Team
Our requirements
- master degree in economy, finance or accounting (nice to have ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
- 5 years of professional experience in finance, audit, controlling or accounting
- strong either US GAAP or IFRS knowledge
- solid knowledge of the consolidation accounting and financial reporting concepts
- English – fluent, including knowledge of finance vocabulary (nice to have Russian language skills)
- MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (nice to have experience with consolidation systems)
- experience in effective team management
- ability to prioritize, work to deadlines and work under time pressure
- self-disciplined, reliable and well organized
- self-development oriented
- strong professional ethics, positive, proactive and “can do” attitude
- analytical, problem solving and teamwork skills
