You will be joining the PMO team, which is part of our fast growing CEE BSS operations at an exciting time of significant growth and will have the opportunity to see the team and its offerings continue to develop.
You will also have the opportunity to take part in promotional activities, sharing the successes of CEE BSS operations with the whole CEE Region and beyond by helping prepare promotional materials, newsletters and organising conferences and events.
Junior PMO Analyst
Profile
- Ability to apply a logical, solution based and analytical approach to work.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Willingness to establish interpersonal relations with stakeholders on all grades and to develop those relationships.
- Ability to engage not just on the how, but also on the why with the courage to challenge.
- Interest in using project management and planning tools such as MS-Project, DevOps.
- Interest in new IT technologies.
- Very good knowledge of Google Workspace, Excel / Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Previous PMO or junior project management experience, and/or a professional qualification such as PRINCE2, APMP, PMP, Agile, Scrum, is great but not essential.
- Very good command of English both written and spoken.
Role
- You will be supporting the management of transformation and change projects for our internal customers who are across sectors such as Financial Services, Technology, IT.
- Working directly with our Project Managers to ensure projects’ statuses are monitored and reported on time.
- Preparation of project reports including status reports, and project dashboards, tracking and analysis of information across the full project portfolio.
- Production of presentations, promotional materials, newsletters and organising conferences and events (internal).
- Utilising and promoting appropriate and repeatable technology solutions to support high quality, efficient outcomes
