What do you need to start?

• Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
• Interest in IT and technology world & understanding of basic programming concepts
• Excellent self-organization skills and ability to work autonomously based on specification
• Ability to maintain a good client relationship
• Efficient analytical and problem-solving skills

It's not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:

• RPA technology awareness
• SCRUM methodology awareness
• Practical coding experience

We don’t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

What duties will help you grow?

• Business processes review and feasibility check in terms of automation
• Identify and communicate technical implementation requirements
• Participates in design and planning meetings
• Develop automation solution in accordance with IA Practice coding standards
• Apply SCRUM framework in automation project delivery
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Closely collaborate with Automation Architects
• Communicate project risks and issues to Technical Lead / Lead Automation Architect
• Attend to knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives
