Summary of the role

We’re looking for candidate interested in financial area to join our Travel Expenses department team. In this role, you’ll be supporting our TM&E Team on daily basis activities.

In this role You’ll:

• Be responsible for reception and checking of Travel Expenses related documents and invoices ensuring compliance of the Travel and Expense policy
• Perform data entry & posting – enter required data from manual travel related documents and other accounting transactional information into the system, in accordance with travel policies
• Be responsible for setting of payment proposals according to corporate payment calendar
• Be the First Level Support and provide training and guidance to travelers
• Analyze and provide data to support the ongoing requirements of internal and external audit and other Amadeus teams
• Maintain & update the user guides and all travel related documentation
• Review travel processes to propose continuous improvements to the Process Team Lead

About the ideal candidate

• Bachelor´s degree in Business/Economics/Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of finance and accounting processes
• Proficiency in English. Additional language is an asset
• Prior experience in SAP is desirable (preferably S4 Hana)
• Basic knowledge of company and travel industry is an advantage
• Communication skills for issue resolution
