What do you need to start?

• Business process related experience: at least 2 years.
• Basic knowledge on ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken. German or French language - nice to have.
• Business Process reengineering / transformation approach.
• Strong communication analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Automation and RPA technology.
• Lean/Six Sigma trained.
• Experience in client facing roles: workshop facilitation.
• Project and change management experience.

What duties will help you grow?

• In charge of identifying Automation\RPA opportunities, risks and impacts.
• Performs current state process analysis and documentation (business requirements collection).
• Future state process design and solution modeling, cooperation with Automation /RPA developers.
• Develop and present business case, defines test scenarios.
• Design, plan and execute the transformation programs and improvement initiatives for clients.
