We are looking for professionals to join the regional business systems support team in Warsaw or Krakow for the position of:
Data Manager
(System Support Area)
Location: Warszawa/Kraków
Data Manager function is part of the Regional Business Systems Support Team and is responsible for ongoing maintenance and improvement of PwC’s Practice Management Systems Data landscape to meet changing requirements in business environment and technology evolution.
The role:

System data governance to assure quality, alignment and accuracy of information being retrieved

Alignment of data structures and information capabilities to evolving end-to-end business processes
-
Alignment of data structure within integrated system environment both including local/regional and global systems
-
Contribution to projects including design, development, testing, and implementation to ensure optimal data governance and architecture
-
Creation and maintenance of appropriate documentation and policies, delivery of trainings and communication around data management and governance
Area of responsibility:
-
Cooperate with various stakeholders to identify information requirements and translate them to required data structures and collection processes

Govern management information capabilities to match with stakeholder requirements and supported business process
-
Drive and/or participate in data-driven activities focused on standardisation and alignment with Global EDM
-
Identify, diagnose, and resolve data problems in systems’ architecture, escalate and track problems appropriately
-
Provide day-to-day functional expertise to end-user second level support organisation on the managed systems landscape
-
Ensure documentation of functionalities and configurations is being delivered and maintained
-
Engage and coordinate with the vendor, when required
-
Invoke escalation processes; involve multiple resolver groups, as needed

Performs special assignments as requested
Candidate profile:
-
Experience in managing data-driven business processes in xTerritory footprint
-
Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of data management and governance process supporting overall business purpose with special focus in areas of Finance, Procurement, Billing, CRM

Experience in managing data-driven system landscape delivering end-to-end business process spread across integrated systems’ solutions using various technology frameworks

Experience in gathering business needs and translating them to data structures and technical solution requirements

Analytical mindset and numerical capabilities allowing for proactive resolution of problems raised by business users
