For our Client, international company with SSC located in Kraków, we are looking for Dutch speakers interested in the position of Vendor Management Specialist with Dutch.
Responsibilities:
- answering vendors’ queries regarding invoices, payments, order status, etc.,
- building long-term good relationships with suppliers,
- processing and updating data in ERP system,
- performing standard accounts’ reconciliations,
- supporting AP team on ad hoc activities.
Requirements:
- good knowledge of English (B2/C1) and Dutch (at least B1),
- basic understanding of Accounts Payable / procurement processes or willingness to learn it,
- very good interpersonal and time management skills,
- previous experience with SAP would be an asset.
