Business Analyst / Data Conversion Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of data conversion activities for a large scale third party application implementation in the scope
- Manipulate and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business
- Review client supplied data for accuracy prior to uploading
- Assist in data cleanup where necessary
- Maintain close and frequent communication with customers
- Analyzing and defining mapping rules
- Troubleshooting of incidents raised by customers

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions
- Prior knowledge of G Suite (Google Sheets especially) is a welcome addition
- Strong time-management skills
- Focus on process improvement skills
- Strong communication both written and spoken in English
