Order To Cash Manager
Responsibilities:
- Managing performance of the Team, focusing on Critical Service Levels and Key Metrics
- Coaching and mentoring of the Team, identifying training needs
- Conducting capacity analysis and monitoring recruitment
- Maintaining good relationship with the Client
- Serving as 1st point of escalations for the Client
- Maintaining relationships with Accenture Teams and partnering functions from other geographies
- Driving projects and analysis on request
- Maintaining Continues Improvement Agenda
- Ensuring that quality is maintained across processes
Expectations:
- Feeling very comfortable working in constantly changing environment
- 5 years of experience in managing Teams in Order To Cash Area
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Partnering and Collaboration skills
- Finance Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Microsoft Office Suite will be an asset
