Who we are looking for
State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) is the investment management arm of State Street Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutions. On our journey to enabling a world class customer experience we are digitizing the processes clients use to interact with us. Part of that digitization process is the new SSGA Client Access Portal.
SSGA’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) is responsible for all institutional client facing activities, including new business development, relationship management, client service and client on-boarding. The SSGA ICG team is located in offices across North America, EMEA and APEC.
Why this role is important to us
In this role you will work closely with the our ICG Client Relationship Managers in North America to service and support our Client Portal. You will work alongside the Investment Operations and Information Technology teams to support the client’s interaction with the Portal. You will interact directly with our clients to coordinate the sourcing of information and documentation to enable SSGA to sign-up and use the Client Portal. You will also play a leadership role in defining the operating model for Portal Support in Poland, build metrics to monitor performance, and mentor other members of the client services team on Client Portal
