Client Portal Support Senior Analyst with State Street Global Advisors, AVP

Who we are looking for

State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) is the investment management arm of State Street Corporation, one of the world’s leading providers of financial services to institutions.  On our journey to enabling a world class customer experience we are digitizing the processes clients use to interact with us.  Part of that digitization process is the new SSGA Client Access Portal.

SSGA’s Institutional Client Group (ICG) is responsible for all institutional client facing activities, including new business development, relationship management, client service and client on-boarding. The SSGA ICG team is located in offices across North America, EMEA and APEC.

 

Why this role is important to us

In this role you will work closely with the our ICG Client Relationship Managers in North America to service and support our Client Portal. You will work alongside the Investment Operations and Information Technology teams to support the client’s interaction with the Portal.  You will interact directly with our clients to coordinate the sourcing of information and documentation to enable SSGA to sign-up and use the Client Portal. You will also play a leadership role in defining the operating model for Portal Support in Poland, build metrics to monitor performance, and mentor other members of the client services team on Client Portal

 

What you will be responsible for

  • Acting as an initial point of contact for clients regarding Portal and other inbound inquiries.
  • Facilitating user configuration and troubleshooting Portal access.
  • Overseeing the inquiry management process including both responding directly and facilitating SME responses.
  • Capture enhancement suggestions for the Portal from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training to support Portal rollout.
  • Provide mentoring and general leadership among the broader Krakow Client Service Team as it relates to Client Portal.
  • You possess a combination of the following skills and interests:

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 years of financial services industry experience in Investment Operations, Client Service, or general Asset Management
  • Worked with a client facing portal for transaction management or reporting
  • Graduate and above preferably in Finance
  • Excellent communication skills in English required - both verbal and written
  • Experience with AML/KYC procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Understanding of company ownership structures
  • Able to take initiative and successfully navigate within a demanding and international environment of a leading global financial institution.
  • Ability to quickly problem solve in a demanding environment
  • Handle difficult relationships or situations with appropriate care and responsiveness
  • Able to manage multiple simultaneous tasks in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment
