What do you need to start?

• Strong automation background - experience in projects delivery. Technologies: UiPath, BluePrism, WinAutomation, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate).
• Good knowledge of SQL databases.
• Ability to build and maintain good client relationship.
• Problem solving approach, attention to details, proactive attitude, knowledge sharing abilities.
• Advanced English.
• Basic understanding of IT architecture and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, experience with SQL, ELK stack, VDI.
• Expertise on business technology & automation.
• JIRA/Confluence user, SCRUM methodology awareness.

What duties will help you grow?

• Business processes review and feasibility check in terms of automation.
• Develop automation solution in accordance with IA Practice coding standards. 
• Creates and maintain technical documentation. Document best practices and development techniques.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues to Lead Automation Architect and the technical implementation requirements. 
• Mentor colleagues through internal automation trainings & meetings, knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives and automation trainings for client.
