Responsibilities:
- reviewing and monitoring assigned accounts,
- performing debt collection activities, such as sending follow-up inquiries and negotiating with past due accounts,
- making outbound collection calls in a professional manner,
- ensuring that all collection-related correspondence is sent out in a timely manner and customer debts are collected in line with agreement,
- performing cash allocation, investigating payment discrepancies,
- cooperating with other internal departments (sales, business) and team members.
Requirements:
- very good knowledge of English (B2) and Bulgarian (C1),
- relevant educational background (Finance, Economy) would be an asset,
- Shared Service Center or Global Business Services experience will be an advantage,
- detail- and goal-oriented attitude,
- self-motivated, able to perform in a fast paced environment,
- strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills.
